We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Technical Sales & Development (TS&D)
Location: Lagos Job type: Full-time
Description 24 months. Five tracks. One complete picture of the business.
Year One: you rotate. Two six month placements outside your chosen division, each with a dedicated supervisor and real deliverables.
Year Two: you specialise. You join your chosen division, gain a senior mentor and own measurable business outcomes.
You could be a fit if you hold a First Class or Second Class Upper BSc in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field.
Two years from now, you will not just know your job. You will know how the whole machine runs.
