About the Role
We are seeking a smart, ambitious, and purpose-driven graduate eager to launch and build an impactful career in commercial sales and business development.
This program provides hands-on exposure, structured mentorship, and direct involvement in sales prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Support lead generation, client prospecting, and pipeline management.
Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and commercial pitches.
Conduct market research to identify prospective industry sectors and business opportunities.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and weekly performance reports.
Collaborate cross-functionally with team leads to achieve revenue and acquisition targets
Requirements & Qualifications
B.Sc. or HND or OND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Willing to work in the field and target-driven, Passionate and disciplined (Critical)
Age: 21–29 years.
Graduate or serving NYSC corps member.
Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
Skills:
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
