Other operational duties and responsibilities might include: areas and indicators listed are not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time:
- Stock controls and cash-up,
- Daily handover reports,
- Actively manage the golfer experience on the course,
- Assist golfers with general requirements,
- Some administrative duties.
We consider the following as essential and will test / check for examples of achievement or success in these requirements listed:
- Grade 12 or equivalent,
- Thorough knowledge of the game of golf the rules and etiquette, golfer requirements, etc.,
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a golf environment,
- The ideal candidate must have a proven record of good people skills, and exceptional customer service,
- Must be able to comprehend verbal and written instructions, must be able to successfully carry out such tasks with limited supervision,
- Must be reliable and trustworthy,
- Must show initiative in line with meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
