Key Responsibilities
Conduct preaward financial capacity assessments of partners.
Review partner budgets for compliance with donor rules.
Carry out postaward reviews and produce reports.
Support development of capacitybuilding plans with partners.Grant & Contract Management
Ensure partner contracts are reviewed before issuance.
Monitor tranche payments and ensure supporting evidence.
Review partner proposals, budgets, and finance reports.
Complete checklists for partners whose grants are ending.Partner Oversight & Coordination
Conduct partner visits and document findings.
Facilitate routine partner assessment meetings and share decisions.
Support timely processing of payment requests.Reporting & Documentation
Review partner expenditure reports for compliance.
Ensure partner reports are received within deadlines.
Maintain backup records in office systems.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential
Qualifications & Experience
University degree in BBA–Accounting, BA Finance/Accounting.
ACCA/CPA at least Level 2.
Minimum 2–3 years’ INGO experience in a similar role.Desirable
Experience collaborating with private and public sectors.
Strong analytical, communication, and training skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
