Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of MEAL frameworks and systems.
Collect, verify, and analyze project data.
Conduct surveys, data quality assessments, and evaluations.
Use digital data collection platforms (CommCare, ODK, KoBoToolbox, SurveyCTO).
Support project teams, partners, and stakeholders in evidence generation.
Promote learning and continuous improvement across project activities.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
2–3 years’ progressive experience in MEAL.
Experience supporting large donorfunded programmes.
Demonstrated experience in livelihoods, agriculture, forestry, conservation, or enterprise development.
Experience with NGOs, INGOs, or consortium projects.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
Effective (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct training and capacitybuilding sessions.Desirable
Knowledge of MEAL frameworks and resultsbased management.
Experience with indicator tracking systems and performance monitoring plans.
Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, SPSS, STATA, R).
Experience designing digital data collection tools.
Knowledge of database management and dashboard development.
Understanding of Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) principles.
