Key Duties & Responsibilities
Support coordination of countylevel activities and stakeholders in Kakuma and Dadaab.
Assist in stakeholder mapping and engagement to identify key actors, influence, power dynamics, and coalition opportunities for education reform.
Support participatory processes for cocreating education systemsstrengthening strategies, action plans, and change pathways.
Implement activities in accordance with GCN policies, partner requirements, safeguarding standards, and government frameworks.
Contribute to preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain organized systems for filing and retrieving financial records and supporting documents.Qualifications / Skills / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in the NGO sector.
Ability to engage effectively with communities and stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to mobilize diverse groups of community members and stakeholders.
Strong facilitation skills, including participatory training methods.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
