Key Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate countylevel activities and stakeholders in Kakuma and Dadaab.

Support implementation of the LEAP project in line with GCN policies, partner requirements, and government frameworks.

Assess and analyze education systems to identify barriers, gaps, opportunities, and good practices.

Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement to build coalitions for education reform.

Coordinate participatory processes for cocreating education systemsstrengthening strategies and action plans.

Participate in education sector working groups, technical forums, coordination meetings, and policy platforms.

Support resource mobilization and promote inclusion across education interventions.

Prepare regular narrative and technical reports.

Perform other duties related to education systems strengthening as assigned.Qualifications / Skills / Experience

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Project Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Over 8 years of experience, preferably in the NGO sector, in advocacy, partnershipbuilding, networking, project implementation, reporting, and monitoring.

Experience working with public education systems and children affected by conflict/crisis.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to engage and mobilize diverse community groups and stakeholders.

Strong facilitation skills, including participatory training methods.

Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with significant experience working with children affected by crisis/conflict.
