Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, B.Sc or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer skills and ability to use and learn customer service tools.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and listening skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
Fluency inGerman or Spanish (As role requires).
Previous customer service experience is an added advantage (Not compulsory).
Salary N250,000 - N350,000 / month.
