Field Security Advisor Job Purpose The Field Security Supervisor (FSS) provides strategic and operational leadership for all on-site security functions, ensuring a coordinated and effective security posture across the Area of Responsibility (AOR). The role oversees both National Police Service personnel and contracted private security providers, aligning their efforts with organizational security objectives and standards. The FSS is accountable for the seamless execution of Stand-To procedures, emergency response coordination, and evacuation protocols, ensuring a state of continuous readiness. Through proactive risk management and disciplined operational control, the position safeguards personnel, protects critical assets, and sustains business continuity Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, or Criminology or Diploma in SecurityManagement with substantial relevant experience in the oil and gas industry. Professional Experience Minimum of 10 years’ experience in military, police, or other recognized security forces (mandatory). Demonstrated experience in oil and gas security operations, preferably in remote high-risk environments. At least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a private sector extractive industry(mining, drilling, or oil & gas). Prior experience working with Specialised Police Formations or Sub-County Security Teams for Asset Protection will be considered an added advantage. Communications & Digital Officer Job Purpose To plan, develop, direct and disseminate communications across all channels and audiences for the group; to manage and provide client-side direction to the group’s communications agencies; to own the digital and social media presence of the group’s operating companies; and to support the planning and execution of corporate events while ensuring consistency of voice, quality of output, narrative coherence, and timeliness of delivery across the group. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage. Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations or integrated communications Demonstrated experience managing communications and PR agencies as a client-side counterpart, including briefing, scope management, quality control and performance oversight. Senior Petrophysicist Job Summary Provide technical leadership in petrophysical evaluation and formation evaluation to deliver robust reservoir properties and inputs for well planning, reservoir modelling and production optimisation. Lead complex log interpretations, integrate core and well data, develop petrophysical models and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality subsurface deliverables. Qualifications Degree in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering or related discipline; postgraduate qualification in petrophysics/formation evaluation preferred. 10+ years’ petrophysical/formation evaluation experience with proven track record in upstream oil & gas projects. Operations/Wellsite Geologists Job Summary Provide on-site geological support and supervision during drilling, coring, logging, and well operations, ensuring accurate formation evaluation, real-time lithological interpretation, and effective sample management. Deliver timely geological inputs to support safe and efficient well construction, reservoir characterization, and accurate subsurface data capture. Qualifications Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in wellsite or operations geology, with prior field experience in drilling, coring, and logging operations highly desirable. Graduate Petrophysicist Job Summary Provide technical support in petrophysical evaluation and formation evaluation tasks to deliver accurate reservoir properties and input datasets for reservoir modelling, well planning and production optimisation. Work under supervision to build competency in log interpretation, core analysis integration and data QC. Logistics & Materials Supervisors Job Purpose The Logistics and Materials Supervisor is responsible for coordinating logistics and materials management activities to ensure the safe, timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement, storage, and delivery of materials and equipment to operational sites. The role oversees logistics contractors, customs clearance, cargo tracking, and material yard operations while ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline. Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management is an added advantage. Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in logistics, materials management, freight forwarding, orsupply chain operations, preferably within the oil & gas, energy, mining, or large infrastructure sectors. Experience managing logistics contracts and third-party logistics providers. Strong understanding of customs clearance processes, import/export regulations, and international freight operations. Experience operating in remote or challenging operational environments is desirable Project Cost Engineer Job Purpose The purpose of the Cost Engineer role is to provide comprehensive cost management, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting support for the project and operations. The role is responsible for monitoring project expenditures, analysing cost performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting across project well engineering, Facilities, production and operations activities. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline. Professional certification in Cost Engineering, Project Controls, Finance, or Accounting is an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cost engineering, project controls, cost management, orfinancial analysis within the oil and gas, energy, or large infrastructure sectors. Experience supporting drilling, production, facilities, EPC, logistics, or capital project operationsis desirable. Strong understanding of project cost control principles, budgeting, forecasting, cost estimation,and financial reporting. Experience working with AFEs, accruals, commitments, contractor cost management, and costreconciliation processes. Familiarity with ERP systems and project cost management software is desirable. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Contracts Advisor Job Purpose To support Gulf E&P BV by developing and implementing contracting strategies, managing the end-toend tendering process – including preparation and issuance of invitations to tender, conducting objective bid evaluations, facilitating contract awards, and overseeing post-award contractor performance. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or arelated field. Professional certification, such as CIPS or MKISM Training in sourcing, contract management, or supply chain analytics is an added advantage. Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in procurement within a structuredorganization. Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing strategydevelopment, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. Dispatchers – 8 Posts JOB PURPOSE This role is responsible for coordinating, executing, and controlling crude oil dispatch operations, ensuring all trucks are properly verified, loaded, documented, sealed, and released in compliance with approved procedures, safety standards, and operational requirements. The position serves as the primary field focal point for dispatch execution, custody transfer verification, documentation management, product integrity assurance, and operational reporting. The role ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient transfer of crude oil from the EPF to the export terminal while maintaining accurate records, operational accountability, and uninterrupted dispatch activities. Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in dispatch operations, depot operations, fuel logistics,transport coordination, or inventory control. Experience working in contractor-based transport operations is desirable. Experience in oil & gas, fuel distribution, mining, hazardous product logistics, or similar high-risk operating environments is preferred.
