Job Description

• Our client is looking for a General Maintenance /Operations Assistant to join their boutique investment firm based in Muizenberg.
• A hands-on role supporting the management team across our property portfolio.

The role

Maintenance

• General maintenance to homes and properties, including painting, plastering, cleaning and repairs.

Company vehicle & card

• Driving, and taking responsibility for, the company vehicle.
• Payments on the company card, and accounting for all expenditure on it.

Other

• Executing general tasks and errands as the management team requires

Requirements:

• Drivers License
• Maintenance experience
