About the Role
Do you love beautiful spaces, thrive on hitting sales targets, and know how to turn a showroom visit into a sale? SPAR is looking for an Outlet Concept Manager to take full ownership of our Furniture Showroom in Port Harcourt running the floor, leading the team, and making sure every customer who walks in leaves impressed (and buying).
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can sell, merchandise, and manage a team all at once while keeping the showroom looking every bit as premium as the SPAR brand demands.
What You'll Do
Drive showroom sales and consistently hit monthly targets
Welcome customers, present products, and prepare accurate quotations
Generate and follow up on leads to support ongoing business growth
Curate attractive, on-brand product displays and visual merchandising
Maintain showroom operations in line with SPAR's standards and procedures
Oversee orders, payments, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
Prepare sales reports and share market/customer feedback with leadership
Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales team to perform at their best
What You Bring
HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field
3–5 years' experience in retail/showroom sales furniture or home dcor experience is required**
Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with a track record of hitting targets
Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team
Good understanding of showroom operations and visual merchandising
Salary N300,000 – 450,000 / month.
