Full-stack / Backend Developer - Core Banking Platform At Finova

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack / Backend Developer to manage and develop our financial technology and core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications.
• Manage databases, APIs, transactions, wallets, and financial integrations.
• Maintain system security, performance, and reliability.
• Integrate banking, payment, KYC, and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage production environments.
• Develop new features and improve existing systems.

Required Skills

• Laravel / PHP
• Flutter / Dart
• REST API development and integration
• MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Git and version control
• Server and cloud management
• Authentication and application security
• Experience with fintech or banking systems is an advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Strong backend development experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage an existing production system.
• Good understanding of financial transactions and secure application development.

Monday and Wednesday work in ikeja office. While other days, you work from home.
