We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Fuel Pump Technician
Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of retail filling station equipment.
Identify and resolve technical issues using diagnostic techniques and tools.
Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear explanations and solutions.
Resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior technicians or experts.
Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and customer interactions.
Contribute to and update the knowledge base, sharing expertise with the team.
Work with internal teams, such as development, sales, or marketing, to resolve technical issues.
Participate in training and development to stay up-to-date with new technologies and products.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent future technical issues.
Timely and appropriate reporting of these activities to the supervisor
Interfacing with the team leads and the head of unit.
Qualifications
OND/HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience
Experience in dispensing pumps and electric motors will be an added advantage
Must have excellent communication skills
High cognitive & organizational skills.
Problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge of related Health and Safety Standards.
