Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned smoothie preparation and service duties diligently and professionally.
• Follow all approved recipes, SOPs, food safety requirements, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain consistency in the taste, quality, quantity, portion size, and presentation of all smoothie products.
• Meet assigned production and sales targets as communicated by Management.
• Maintain proper control and responsible use of ingredients, packaging materials, and Company resources.
• Minimize wastage, spoilage, overproduction, and unnecessary consumption of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, organized, and safe workstation throughout the working period.
• Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly operated, cleaned, and maintained.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers.
• Report customer complaints, equipment faults, stock shortages, wastage, safety concerns, and other operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records relating to production, wastage, stock usage, and sales where applicable.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments.
• Comply with all Company policies, rules, regulations, disciplinary procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and protect the Company's property, information, products, and reputation.
• Perform any other reasonable duties that may be assigned by Management in line with the employee's role and operational requirements.
