The Role
We are looking for a Fragrance Advisor who understands that a scent is sold through the story behind it.
You will guide clients through our perfumery.
You will share the heritage of each house, the vision of each perfumer and the feeling each composition leaves behind.
You will match every client with a fragrance that feels like their own.
What You'll Do
Guide clients through personalised fragrance consultations, in store and by appointment
Bring each house and scent to life through storytelling: its origins, notes, ingredients and the perfumer's intent
Build and nurture a loyal clientele through thoughtful follow-up, private previews and a detailed client book
Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
Keep an expert knowledge of our fragrance houses, new launches and the wider niche perfumery landscape
Present the fragrance space and testers to an impeccable standard
Support launches, events and brand activations
Work closely with the styling team to create a complete client experience.
What You'll Bring
Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification
At least 2 years' sales experience in luxury or niche fragrance.
Strong understanding of olfactory families, notes and fragrance structure
A natural gift for storytelling that is warm, evocative and never scripted
A proven record of building and keeping high-value clients
Polished presentation and a deep instinct for luxury service
Confidence using WhatsApp and social media for client relationships
Fluent spoken and written English.
