Food & Beverage Manager

Purpose

• A leading resort in Athi River with over 70 villas is looking to fill a manager role.
• The F&B Manager will lead the food and beverage operation to deliver excellent guest experiences, consistent quality and healthy margins.

Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, bar, kitchen and banqueting/events.
• Plan menus and pricing with the kitchen; maintain food quality, portion and presentation standards.
• Control food and beverage costs, wastage, stock and inventory.
• Recruit, schedule, train and supervise F&B staff.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and licensing compliance.
• Handle guest feedback and prepare sales and cost reports for the General Manager.

Qualifications and experience

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field.
• 3+ years in F&B supervision or management in a hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership, cost control and customer service skills.

Terms

• 3 month's probationary period
• 2 years renewable contracts subject to satisfactory performance
• Housing and food will be provided.
