Our client based in Phoenix is looking for a Floor Salesman / Merchandiser Location: Phoenix, Durban Minimum Requirements: Previous retail sales or merchandising experience is advantageous. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to promote products and assist customers. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to replenish stock and maintain product displays. Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations. Promote products and drive sales. Arrange, replenish, and maintain stock on shelves. Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged goods. Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and presentable. Check promotional displays and product availability. Provide excellent customer service and support daily retail operations.
