• Previous retail or sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to upsell, cross-sell and support achievement of sales targets
• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Exposure to merchandising and display management
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and shifts
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field
