Key Responsibilities
Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets.
Handle reservations, reissues, refunds, and customer inquiries.
Generate flight, visa, and tour bookings through proactive sales.
Follow up on customer leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Build and manage corporate travel accounts.
Promote Travel Padi's travel packages and services.
Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
