Directly responsible for mother cage and destination cage fish feeding and husbandry practices
Supports the counter screen processes and daily livestreaming of the data from handled cages.
Allocate feed rations for closed cages based on the biomass stocked. Work closely with feeding team to ensure timely feed orders for destination cages ongoing
Collate data on feed fed for holding cages and share with both data and feeding teams.
Ensure bottom mort are collected from mother cages before handling
Work with the supervisor to ensure all SOPs are followed including monitoring of the daily KPIs and progress reporting.
In-charge of the sampling process and data entry as well as platform data communication.
Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
Ensure platform is always clean.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of a High School Diploma
Knowledge and skills:
Knowledge on fish feeding techniques and feed optimization
Basic Microsoft Office experience
Professionalism and strong work ethic
Positive and team-oriented attitude
Ability to train, monitor and direct team members
Ability to follow established standard operating procedures
Ability to communicate and report through different channels available in the company
Organization skills
Possess good personality and communication skills, with the ability to do tasks under stressful environment and minimum supervision
