Job Title: Fintech Territory Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Fintech Territory Growth Executive to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with merchants, distributors and customers within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share within the territory.
Identify and acquire new customers, merchants, distributors and business opportunities.
Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
Drive product adoption, availability, visibility and distribution across the territory.
Prepare regular sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in territory sales, business development, market development or FMCG sales.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of the Sagamu market and surrounding areas.
Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Salary N220,000 – N300,000 monthly.
