Due to strong client demand, the business is expanding its recruitment team and is looking for experienced consultants who can operate in either a 180 or 360 recruitment capacity. The business has a US team and is specifically interested in identifying high-calibre recruitment consultants with strong track records and previous experience recruiting within the US market. THE ROLE: FINANCIAL SERVICES RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - US MARKET The Financial Services Recruitment Consultant will support recruitment delivery through candidate sourcing, screening, vacancy advertising and management of the interview and offer process. For consultants operating in a 360 capacity, the role will additionally involve managing existing client relationships and conducting business development through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold and warm calling. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct candidate outreach through email and LinkedIn. Screen candidates for vacancies over the phone. Post job advertisements and review applicants. Manage the interview and offer process. Manage existing client relationships through email, phone and Microsoft Teams for 360 recruitment. Conduct business development through email marketing and LinkedIn outreach for 360 recruitment. Conduct cold and warm calls as part of business development activity for 360 recruitment. ABOUT YOU Experience working within a US recruitment agency is essential. Experience within the Financial Services or professional services recruitment market is preferred. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong IT skills. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter. Sales and Business Development experience is desirable. A strong recruitment track record and good calibre are required.
