The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly management accounts, reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports within required timelines.
Manage financial controls, fixed assets, stock, WIP, creditor reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Support internal and external audits, maintain compliance with IFRS and corporate governance requirements, and provide financial guidance to operational teams.
Grade 12 (Matric).
BCom Degree in Accounting or related qualification.
3–5 years' experience in a similar Finance Manager or Factory Accountant role.
Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
Experience preparing and interpreting management accounts.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and reconciliations.
Manufacturing industry experience advantageous.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
