RSB International is seeking an experienced, competent, and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, manage financial resources, and provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting and financial operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Monitor company expenditure, revenue, profitability, and financial performance.
Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with URA regulations.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Advise management on financial planning, cost control, and investment decisions.
Supervise and develop the finance and accounts team.
