Finance Executive - Revenue Assurance At Gig Logistics

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive - Revenue Assurance to join our Finance team and help ensure revenue accuracy, completeness, and effective financial controls across our logistics operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform revenue reconciliation across shipments, billing, collections, and financial records.
• Identify revenue leakages, billing discrepancies, and transaction exceptions.
• Review shipment and billing data to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Investigate variances and support timely resolution of revenue-related issues.
• Prepare revenue assurance reports and provide insights to management.
• Support the monitoring and strengthening of revenue controls and processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Technology, and Finance teams to resolve revenue exceptions.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and revenue recovery.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Revenue Assurance, Financial Control, Reconciliation, Audit, Accounting, or a related function.
• Bachelor's degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential including data analysis, reconciliations, PivotTables, lookup functions, and reporting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Good understanding of financial controls and reconciliation processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, retail, banking, or another high-volume transaction environment is an advantage.
