KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with boutique managers on financial and operational matters.
  • Monitor sales and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee cash handling and cash reconciliations.
  • Review stock movements and inventory reconciliations.
  • Investigate sales, cash and stock variances.
  • Strengthen financial controls and ensure policy compliance.
  • Prepare boutique financial and management reports.
  • Support month-end closing and audit activities.
  • Act as the bridge between Head Office Finance and boutique operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  • 5 - 7 years' experience in financial control, retail finance, audit or related roles.
  • Strong experience in cash, sales and inventory reconciliation.
  • Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and accounting principles.
  • Luxury retail, fashion, FMCG or multi-location retail experience is an advantage.
