Join Chrysalis Advisors in Lagos through our six-week, full-time ChAT programme starting 11 January 2027. You'll work on practical financial and business cases, get direct feedback from our team, and show the standard needed for client work. Lunch and a weekly transport allowance are provided throughout. A permanent Associate offer, with a sign-on bonus, depends on consistently strong performance; joining the programme does not guarantee one.
