Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. is a growing luxury gifting, retail, events and experiences brand based in Lagos.
As we scale into retail, corporate gifting, large-scale events, festive décor and seasonal experiences, we are looking for an experienced Finance & Projects Accountant to bring structure, accountability and financial clarity into the business.
This role is for someone who can own the numbers, set up strong financial systems, track project profitability and support leadership with clear financial insight.
Role Overview
The Finance & Projects Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, project budgets, reporting, tax compliance and financial controls across gifting, events, décor, retail and experiential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, cash flow and expense tracking
- Manage pre-project and post-project budgets
- Track income, expenses, project costs and vendor payments
- Monitor project profitability across gifting, events, installations and seasonal experiences
- Oversee payroll, PAYE and statutory deductions
- Support tax filings and compliance with relevant authorities
- Implement financial processes, controls and reporting systems
- Support inventory controls for retail and gifting
- Advise management on cost control, profitability and cash-flow planning
- Support financial planning for major projects including Easter, Christmas, corporate gifting and brand experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accountant, Finance Officer, Project Accountant or similar role
- Strong understanding of Nigerian tax, PAYE and statutory compliance
- Experience in retail, events, hospitality, gifting or project-based businesses is an advantage
- Proficiency with accounting tools such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Wave, Excel or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and financial discipline
- Ability to work independently and produce clear reports
- Experience with inventory tracking and financial controls
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- High integrity, confidentiality and ownership mindset
