About the role To support financial administration, IT systems and business process automation to improve operational efficiency, financial accuracy, reporting and productivity across Comapny's Logistics. Responsibilities: Financial Administration: Manage invoicing, reconciliations, expense tracking, payroll support and financial reporting. IT Systems Support: Maintain business systems, troubleshoot basic IT issues and support system integration. Business Process Automation: Identify and automate repetitive financial and operational processes to improve efficiency. Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards, analyse financial and operational data, and generate management reports. Systems Improvement: Support the integration of accounting, fleet management and operational systems. Compliance & Controls: Maintain accurate records, ensure data integrity and support financial controls and company procedures. Minimum Requirements South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the YES programme before. Matric. Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Financial Information Systems, Accounting or a related field. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial administration. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Power Automate, SQL or similar automation tools will be advantageous. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment. Good communication, confidentiality and time management.
