Finance And Commercial Officer At Collection Developments

Key Responsibilities

• Process all purchase orders and subcontractor payment certificates; maintain the payment schedule
• Manage the project petty cash and site small-purchases fund; maintain accurate records and reconcile monthly
• Track subcontractor retention balances and payment status
• Prepare and submit monthly cost reports to CDL\'s head office finance function
• Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor with compilation of interim payment applications
• Maintain supplier invoice records; match invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Support the Commercial Manager with contract and commercial documentation filing
• Liaise with CDL head office finance on project banking and cash flow requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Minimum 4 years of finance or commercial administration experience; construction industry experience is preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
