Education:

• Academic - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, (Bachelor's degree in Commerce, )
• Academic - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, (Bachelor's degree in Accounting,)
• Academic - Bachelor's degree in Finance (Bachelor's degree in Finance)
• Academic - or any other relevant qualification ( or any other relevant qualification )
• Academic - OTHER (Proficiency in computer applications. )

Job Responsibilities

• Initiating payment processes as guided by the Senior Accountant and submitting for verification;
• Ensuring supporting documents for payments are received from users and attaching to payments;
• Filing of payment records for all transactions;
• Reconciling payment records for all transactions;
• Preforming bank reconciliations;
• Processing student/customer payments and issuing receipts as appropriate;
• Preparing reports on cash balances; and
• Providing safe custody of finance and accounts records.
