Finance & Accounts Manager At The Agric & Culture Company

We're looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager to help us build the financial discipline needed to support a growing business.

You will be responsible for ensuring our numbers are accurate and available when needed, spending is properly controlled, margins are closely monitored, money is collected and paid on time, and the right financial controls are in place.

Beyond day-to-day management, we need a professional who can strengthen the Finance function by improving systems, closing gaps, leading the team, and providing Management with reliable financial information to support sound decisions.

• Budgeting, spending and cost control
• Cash flow, receivables and payables
• Margin monitoring and financial analysis
• Financial controls, compliance and audit readiness
• Finance processes and systems
• Performance of the Finance & Accounts team

Who We're Looking For

You should have solid experience managing a Finance & Accounts function, with strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, controls, audit and financial analysis. Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or food service industries is beneficial.

You should also be someone who:

• Understands the business behind the numbers.
• Spots financial gaps early and takes action.
• Is strong on accuracy, controls and follow-through.
• Can challenge poor financial decisions when necessary.
• Can lead a team and build better ways of working.
• Has high integrity and sound financial judgement.
• Is proficient in working with ERP/accounting systems.
