Experience in ERP and Posting of all receipt & payment.
Managing and Posting of bank reconciliation outstanding items
Ensure payment to vendors, staff in line with terms of payment and PO/ contract
Accurately charge WHT before payment
Keeping track of bank wise balances & turnover
Facilitate fund movement within banks in proportion to their facilities
Balances tally with Bank Statement
Filing & documentation
Supervise office assistant and ensure professional filing of all documents esp. Bank Offer Letters, Approvals & BRs
Daily treasury report , bank charges tracker, bank wise turnover
Submit accurate report of bank balances by 10am of every working day
Maintaining a schedule of all FX purchased & FDs made
Provide treasury documents such as offer letters, loan documents for audit purposes
Support Statutory audit exercise, make all documents and systems available to both internal and external auditors within 24 hours of request
Updating of statutory compliances as required
Must be Responsible and Honest.
Good knowledge of MS Office
