Field Sales Manager

A well-established company in the FMCG Industry based in the East Rand is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager. Minimum Requirements:

8–10 years' external sales experience within the FMCG or food ingredients industry

Previous experience selling to industrial food manufacturers and bakeries is highly advantageous

Proven track record in new business development and key account management

Previous staff management or sales leadership experience is essential

Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills

Computer literate (MS Office; CRM experience advantageous)

Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence

Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Modderfontein

Drive new business development and expand the customer base across Gauteng

Manage and grow key accounts within the food manufacturing, bakery, foodservice and wholesale sectors

Lead, coach and manage a team of three Sales Representatives

Achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets

Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Prepare sales forecasts and management reports

Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery
