Description

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to grow our retail lending business.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire retailers, merchants, and SME customers.

Promote working capital and asset financing solutions.

Generate leads through field visits and networking.

Support customer onboarding and loan disbursement.

Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

1–3 years’ experience in field sales, banking, fintech, lending, or FMCG.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with fieldwork and target-driven sales.

Training Agents (Field Sales Executives) on dealing with repossessions and difficult customer collection issues. Driving operating rhythm to follow-up with Agents (Field Officers) to ensure they are completing their collection calls and repossession tasks on time. Recruiting cash collection centres and set up for the key collection area. You might be a strong candidate if you Have Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma related to Finance, Community Development, Communication, Credit Risk Management or related fields. Have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position with field experience and collaborating with rural customers settlements. Are enthusiastic about working in the field to drive collections, resolving issues, and enhancing the customer experience. Have strong experience from Microfinance/ Fintech or banking background on Credit Collections debt recovery preferable. Have good logical, communication & people skills. Have clear and straight to the point communication skills with fluency in English and Language of assigned territory. Have clear thinking/problem-solving ability.
