Skills Required

• Minimum of 1 - 3 years' sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, FMCG, pharmacy, or retail.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of beauty products and the ability to learn new products quickly.
• Ability to confidently approach new customers and generate sales.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Target-driven and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Good customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Basic smartphone/computer skills for reporting.
• A valid driver's licence is an advantage.
