Field Sales Associate At Mimundo Limited (green Baskit)

Role Description

• The Field Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Oshodi/Isolo, Lagos. This role involves visiting retail outlets, markets, and potential partners to promote and sell Green Baskit products, ensuring strong visibility and product placement. The Field Sales Associate will build and maintain relationships with customers, gather feedback from the field, and communicate market insights to the internal team. Daily activities include product demonstrations, sampling, order generation, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also requires accurate record-keeping of sales activities, basic reporting, and collaboration with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns in assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to meet and exceed field sales targets.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage diverse customers in person.
• Basic marketing and product promotion skills to support brand visibility and in-market activations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Familiarity with Lagos markets and neighborhoods, especially around Oshodi/Isolo, and willingness to travel locally.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or experience in sales, retail, or FMCG is beneficial.
• Comfort with using mobile devices or basic digital tools for reporting and customer follow-up.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a strong interest in health, wellness, or food products.
