The Field Implementation Support Officers (FISOs) will support programme implementation at health facilities, focusing on monitoring and evaluation, data quality, capacity building, and improving the delivery of quality sexual and reproductive health services.
Eligibility Criteria:
A degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or a related health field; Community Health Extension Worker certification is also accepted.
Minimum of two years’ experience in health workforce development.
Proficiency in ODK, REDCap, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
Strong data management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
