About the Role
Are you a highly energetic, persuasive communicator looking to build a career in technology and business infrastructure? BYINFORGH is seeking ambitious, self-driven Sales Representatives to connect local SMEs with our digital visibility solutions and business management software (TecXFRA).
No prior sales experience is required we provide full training on our tools, outreach scripts, and sales frameworks. Your goal will be to identify local business leaks, reach out to business owners via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits, and guide them into our software ecosystem and live workshops.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Prospecting: Identify, log, and initiate contact with local SME owners (retailers, fashion brands, artisan services, food vendors) across designated regional hubs.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute daily sales touchpoints using three primary channels:
Phone Calls: Conduct short, direct phone follow-ups to reactivate leads and invite them to live demonstrations.
WhatsApp Messaging: Send personalised voice notes and structured audit hooks to prospective business clients.
In-Person Visits: Conduct 3-minute walk-in visits to local shops to demonstrate our solutions directly on mobile devices/tablets.
Workshop Sign-Ups: Secure firm attendance commitments from business owners for our weekly live visual demonstrations on Google Meet.
Lead Tracking & Logging: Daily input of prospect activity, call notes, and follow-up stages into our internal management system.
