Job Title: Female Quality Assurance (QA) Officer
Location: Gbagada Phase 1, Lagos Employment Type: Part-time
Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to ensure that food quality, hygiene, service, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor food quality, preparation, packaging, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Conduct regular checks on kitchen and service operations
Ensure staff follow company SOPs and quality standards.
Monitor portion control, cleanliness, and product consistency.
Identify and report quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain daily quality and inspection reports.
Requirements
Previous QSR or restaurant experience is required.
Experience in Quality Assurance or quality control within the food service industry.
Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to enforce operational and hygiene standards.
Must be willing to work a one-day-on, one-day-off schedule.
Candidates with QSR experience from reputable restaurant/fast-food brands such as Chicken Republic, Sweet Sensation, The Place, Bukka Hut, Mega Chicken, Mama Cass, KFC, or similar establishments will also be considered.
Salary N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
