Role Description The Family Physician (Lifestyle Medicine) will provide comprehensive primary care services with a strong focus on lifestyle-first approaches to health and chronic condition management. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care, developing personalised lifestyle medicine plans, managing chronic conditions using a lifestyle-first approach, conducting health assessments and preventive screenings, and supporting wellness talks and corporate wellness programmes. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Iwosan Wellness Center in Victoria Island, Lagos.
