Job Title: Facility Management Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Minimum of a First Degree or equivalent in Estate Management, Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong facility maintenance experience, vendor negotiation skills, and thorough knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
IFMA membership, HSE, or Project Management certification is a strong advantage.
Detail-oriented problem solver with strong customer service skills, goal-driven mindset, and excellent written and oral communication.
