Expert-level Support Service: o Expert-level capability in unified communications, video conferencing, Microsoft Teams Rooms, integrated audio-visual systems, digital walls, digital signage and branding platforms, Managed Print Services architecture, content management, endpoint management, systems integration, network and security dependencies, technical governance, escalation and service-provider coordination. o Qualifications: A relevant NQF Level 7 bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, Audio-Visual Technology or Multimedia Technology. o Applicable industry certifications aligned to the proposed role: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) or the current Microsoft equivalent; AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or CTS-I; ITIL Foundation; Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) or the current Microsoft equivalent; and relevant OEM certification for the installed Microsoft Teams Rooms, integrated audio-visual, digital-wall, digital-signage, room-scheduling and Managed Print Services technologies. The tenderer must verify qualifications, certifications, experience and competence before nomination. o Experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience
