Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Cooks / Kitchen Staff to strengthen our Catering & Kitchen team. The successful candidate will deliver an excellent service, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital. You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development. Key Responsibilities Deliver a high-quality, reliable service within the Cleaning & Housekeeping function Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals Maintain accurate records and uphold organisational standards Support quality improvement and process-efficiency initiatives Uphold health, safety, and compliance requirements at all times Contribute to a professional and patient-focused hospital environment. Qualifications and Experience Cookery / catering experience with food-hygiene awareness with 2+ years experience. Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required Evidence of continuing professional development Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
