Expatriate Milling Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee rice milling operations, production targets, yield, and product quality.
• Manage equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown prevention.
• Participate in plant installation, commissioning, expansion, and modernization projects.
• Supervise and train milling operators, technicians, and local staff.
• Monitor inventory, spare parts, production efficiency, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Prepare production reports and monitor operational performance.

Requirements

• B.Tech, B.E., Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in the rice milling industry.
• Hands-on experience in milling production, maintenance, and shift operations.
• Proven experience in plant installation, commissioning, equipment erection, and alignment.
• Strong knowledge of rice milling machinery, paddy quality, milling recovery, and process optimization.
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and reporting skills.
