Expatriate Head Of Jewellery

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement jewellery business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee product selection, merchandising, pricing, collections, and inventory management.
• Drive sales performance and build relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, VIPs, and collectors.
• Lead exclusive client events, product launches, and bespoke jewellery sales initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and merchandising teams.
• Build partnerships with international jewellery brands, designers, and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and commercial performance.
• Ensure effective controls over high-value inventory, security, transactions, and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in luxury jewellery, high-end retail, or luxury goods.
• Proven experience leading a jewellery business, brand, or department.
• Strong international luxury jewellery market exposure.
• Established relationships with HNWIs/UHNWIs and VIP clientele.
• Expertise in merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and luxury sales.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria, on an expatriate basis.
