About The Role

  • We are seeking a well-organised and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support, manage correspondence, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant secretarial/administrative experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Applicants must be between 32-40 years of age.

Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming environment for high-profile visitors and guests. Requirements 4 to 5 years of proven experience providing secretarial or administrative support at senior management or executive levels. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Fast and accurate typing skills with exceptional command of business English and grammar.
