RESPONSIBILITIES

Convey employees to their approved destinations

• Ensure the vehicle log is properly completed.
• Assist in procurement and other errands.
• Maintain records, such as diesel purchase, etc,
• Maintain vehicles in good and neat working condition.
• Perform emergency repairs, such as changing tires with the approval of the workshop manager and under strict supervision/guidance by a qualified mechanic.
• Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to bases or other vehicles.
• Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles
• Undertakes rescue operations
• Ability to navigate roads and understand road signs
• Leverage the journey management plan to arrive at destinations promptly
• Clean and ensure their vehicles are in good condition
• Notify the admin manager of the maintenance due date for the pool vehicle and ensure prompt maintenance
• Notify the admin manager of the expiry of vehicle's documents and follow up to ensure prompt renewal
• Manage and maintain all vehicle accessories to meet the stipulated usage durations.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATION

• Min of SSCE

SKILLS:

• Must be able to read and write
• Efficiency in driving
• Neat, polite and friendly

OTHERS:

• Must be living around Ikeja, Berger, Ogba, Ketu, axis
