About the Client
Our client is an established IT vocational school dedicated to training career changers for high-impact roles in network engineering and cybersecurity. Serving adult learners transitioning into the tech sector, the institution operates with a high-growth marketing engine driving enrollment. This role is created to directly support the Chief Marketing Officer, centralizing project tracking, elevating quality assurance across marketing funnels, and freeing up the CMO to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
About the Role
You will serve as the strategic right hand to the CMO, managing multiple concurrent marketing initiatives to ensure deadlines and details are never missed. You will take full ownership of QA across funnels and landing pages, troubleshoot functional issues independently, build AI-driven workflows (leveraging Claude and Claude Design), triage executive communications, and proactively surface optimization ideas rather than simply executing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Project Oversight: Track and manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives across the organization, ensuring milestones, asset handoffs, and deadlines stay on schedule.
Funnel & Landing Page QA: Review conversion funnels and landing pages for flawless functionality, layout precision, copy accuracy, and form integrations, troubleshooting and resolving issues independently.
AI Workflow Automation: Build and maintain automated, AI-driven workflows using tools like Claude and Claude Design to increase overall marketing output and speed.
Inbox & Dashboard Governance: Manage executive inbox triage and maintain structured dashboards to give leadership real-time visibility into project priorities and bottlenecks.
Process Optimization: Proactively audit marketing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical systems improvements.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between internal team members and external contributors to ensure tight alignment on goals and deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
Core Requirements:
Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience in marketing support, project coordination, operations, or marketing project management.
Funnel & CRM Literacy: Hands-on experience with CRMs and landing page/funnel builders, with the technical troubleshooting ability to resolve broken workflows or layout glitches independently.
AI Fluency & Critical Judgment: Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (such as Claude) as a strategic thinking partner while applying sharp human discernment and quality control to all outputs.
Design & Creative Eye: Strong visual sensibility and design awareness, capable of reviewing or producing marketing assets that align with high creative standards with minimal revision.
Mindset & Communication: Solutions-first communication stylebringing answers and recommendations rather than just escalating problems; flawless spoken and written C1 English for daily US executive collaboration.
