The Executive Assistant (Growth) will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support, supporting lead generation activities, and handling sensitive assignments involving highly confidential information.

The ideal candidate has experience selling tech products and supporting an executive, with strong organizational, communication, research, analytical, report-writing, and follow-up skills.
Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and handling logistics where necessary
Manage the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Write and edit emails, draft memos, and prepare communications on the executive's behalf
Take minutes during meetings
Set up and manage reminders for the executive
Follow up with people on action items and deliverables
Proofread and edit business materials
Growth (Lead Generation):
Identify and research potential clients, partners, and opportunities that fit the business
Build and maintain prospect lists and track leads in a CRM or spreadsheet
Send personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) on the executive's behalf
Follow up with prospects and book discovery calls and meetings for the executive
Prepare briefing notes on prospects before meetings
Share regular updates on lead activity, response trends, and what's working
Reporting & Analysis:
Conduct business analysis to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings
Collaborate with internal teams to gather the data and information needed for analysis and reporting
Conduct online research when required
Requirements
2-4 years of demonstrated administrative and growth support experience
Experience selling tech products or supporting tech sales, and comfort with outreach and prospecting
Excellent research, presentation, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional outreach writing
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and work independently
Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite
Experience with a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is an added advantage
